Thank you for your desire to participate in the 2024 Junction City Scandinavian Festival! We are gearing up for the 63rd annual Festival and we are happy you’re here. There are available spaces for vendors to participate this coming August 8th-11th. The Scandinavian Festival strive to support the community and help the artists, clubs, non-profit organizations and local families. Authentic Scandinavian products are an emphasis at the event, but unique handcrafted items outside of the theme will be considered. Visitors come to see the entertainment, eat the delicious food and shop crafts. The vendors are a pivotal element of the event. The Scandinavian Festival has free admission and free entertainment, which encourages many repeat visitors throughout the four day event.

The festival has unique traditions and jurying new vendors is one of those traditions. We feel it helps to get to know our vendors on a more personal level. This assists us in understanding your needs while you are considering vending with us. The purpose of a jury session is to ensure that the product and vendor is a good fit for the event and that we are a good fit for you. The process is similar to a two-way interview. There will be more jury sessions throughout the year. Please find those dates within the blog post linked here in this event. There is no financial commitment to jury.
