The Junction City Scandinavian Festival is a not-for profit event that is here for the community and local economy. The event is all volunteer operated, but within those facts it can be difficult to get new projects up and running. The Festival has always been a collaboration of good Samaritans and it’s part of the magic of the event. This year’s projects was a large one and we couldn’t have done it without the gracious donation of beautiful lumber from Hull-Oakes Lumber Co. out of Monroe, OR. As well as, the donation of steel and labor from Western Shelter out of Eugene, OR. Thank you for helping us make the event move forward and enrich the experience for our volunteers and our patrons. We cannot express our gratitude enough!
