Your donation is meaningful. It helps fund the charitable year-round activities hosted by the Scandinavian Cultural Foundation (SCF). All programs are free, or low-cost for the community and are steeped in Scandinavian culture. Our educational experiences are an impactful way to keep the heritage of the local area alive for future generations.

The Junction City Scandinavian Festival was established in 1961 and is our most-known event, which we are very proud to host. However, we are also home to annual free dance classes for all ages, a five-day Scandinavian youth day camp, cooking classes, language classes, and more. We also facilitate many local nonprofits through the use of our campus. By supporting the Scandinavian Cultural Foundation, you support the broader community, promote the preservation of cultural heritage, and stimulate tourism in our rural area.
