Since 1961 the Junction City Scandinavian Festival has been celebrating the town’s heritage for the purpose of supporting local business and economy. The Festival has operated as a collaborative project with willing volunteers and giving samaritans at the forefront. Without the support of community, the Scandinavian Festival would not have the means to carry on in the consistent manner it has over the past 61 years. The Scandinavian Festival Association and the Scandinavian Cultural Foundation feel supported and valued when local businesses and individuals step up and help the event go on. The following have given services, financial support, loaned equipment, or served in a large capacity in the function of the Festival.  To the individuals who have gone above and beyond in their duty to serve their community, thank you!
